In the year of their fortieth anniversary the world's only all-male dance company comes to the Dutch theaters. The program of classics like Swan Lake, Concerto Barocco and Paquita, between art and kitsch, is danced by Les Ballets Trockadero de Monte Carlo.
The sight of men floating across the stage on pointe as swans and fairies is funny and merry making. But please beware, the "trocks" as they are affectionately known, are technically highly skilled dancers who can do all, from modern dance to classical ballet.
