Groupe Acrobatique de Tanger (Morocco)
On the beach of Tangier, acrobats train: a unique tradition in Morocco with its own history. Acrobatics are practiced at a very high level by the many 'troupes' and families. Sanae El Kamouni brought the acrobats into contact with European theater makers and founded the Groupe Acrobatique de Tanger. Their first performance 'Taoub' turned out to be a hit. Since then, they play internationally for full, enthusiastic halls.
