The new artistic director of the Dresden Frankfurt Dance Company. The Athenian-born dancer, who danced with the William Forsythe Company from 2005 to 2009 and went on to have an internationally successful career as a choreographer, developed a widely admired method of combining personal spontaneity with technical dance virtuosity.
