Saburo Teshigawara (Japan)
The famous Japanese choreographer / dancer Saburo Teshigawara was trained in classical dance and visual art in Tokyo. With his company Karas (founded in 1985) he explores all the possible ways the body can express. And not only the body: choreographer Teshigawara is a writer, painter, poet and designs lighting and scenery for most of his performances.
