Daniel Linehan / Hiatus (United States) - Flood
Four dancers come on stage, get off, on again, off again. What are they doing? Where are they going? When will they return? The dancers are aware that they need to do something new; that is the compulsion of our time. At a fast pace, they update their own movements. But it's not going fast enough, they can not bark it. Under pressure to accelerate their movements, they begin to cut pieces of motion, increasingly. What will happen if we do not take the time for care, tightening and deepening? If we do not care, there will only be shadows, echoes and traces left.
