L-E-V Sharon Eyal | Gai Behar (Israel) - House
Sharon Eyal created House for the Batsheva Dance Company. This performance was shown at Spring Dance in 2012. For L-E-V, Eyal converted the choreography into a full-length piece in which she also dances.
Eight dancers in tight, skin-coloured bodysuits are led by one woman in a tight, black suit. The performance is enthralling, intense, sexy and eccentric. The tight group choreography is alternated with the personal, looser movements of the individual dancers.
