Pere Faura (Spain) - No dance, no paradise
In No dance, no paradise he recreates four iconic choreographies from the dance past, as a gesture of admiration but at the same time as humoristic (self) criticism of the dance world. His show is a collage with tap dancing from Singin' in the Rain, the disco dancing from Saturday Night Fever, the contemporary dancing from Anne Teresa De Keersmaekers’ Rosas and the classic ballet of The dying swan.
