Koen De Preter (Belgium)
Koen De Preter sees the theatre as a large unpainted canvas where all forms of movement are permitted. What is unique to him as a creator is that he consciously takes risks, tries out new forms and moves between different circuits. He creates performances in the theatre as well as location projects and social artistic projects. He likes to work with performers of different ages and dance backgrounds. His work can be seen not only in Belgium and the Netherlands, but also at the international dance festivals and venues.
