Hiroaki Umeda (Japan) - Haptic | Adapting for Distortion
Two extremely different pieces in one performance.
In Haptic Umeda concentrates on lighting and colour effects; Adaptinf for Distortion was inspired by kinetic art, and uses the latest computer technology.
During the show stroboscopes are used.
The show was part of the Springdance festival in 2009 and was a big success. Hiroaki performs it on festivals and in theatres all over the world.
