Familie Flöz (Germany) - Hotel Paradiso
Strange things happen at Hotel Paradiso. The time-honored mountain resort that is led by an old lady and her family, slowly loses control in this unadulterated Alpenthriller. While a nearby healing water source promises miracles for all sorts of physical and mental problems, dark clouds gather together threateningly over the mountains. The chambermaid robs the guests of their valuables and the cook cuts more than just the beef chops ... When suddenly a dead person is found in the elevator, the idyllic holiday resort turns into an outright nightmare. Hotel Paradiso is another great example of visual mask theater.
